Make it straight!
When you export an outfit from Marvelous Designer, the surface edges can be a bit turn to “shaggy”.

When you experiencing like this, because of the topo. You can easy way fix it manually in Blender / ZBrush or any other modelling program. I use ZBrush.
I choose Move Topology brush, set enough small brush, and grab the vertex points one by one for make it straight.
