Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are digital content delivered electronically, including instantly downloadable 3D assets, models, textures, files, presets, and related digital materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not granted simply because a customer changes their mind after the product has been made available for download.

Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing an instantly downloadable digital product, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately after payment by providing access to the digital content.

You also acknowledge that once access to the download has been provided, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).

Therefore, if the product description was accurate and the product functions as intended, we do not provide refunds for downloaded or accessed digital products.

Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming digital content.

If a product is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, does not function as described, or materially differs from its product description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

In such cases, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • technical support;
  • a corrected file;
  • replacement access;
  • or, where appropriate, a refund.

  • the product name;
  • and a short description of the issue.

We may ask for additional information, screenshots, error messages, or other details necessary to verify the issue.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Digital Product Withdrawal Notice

For instantly downloadable digital products, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once all of the following conditions are met:

  1. You expressly requested immediate access to the digital content.
  2. You acknowledged that you would lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access was provided.
  3. We provided access to the download or digital content.

If these conditions are not met, your statutory withdrawal rights may still apply.
