After the new update....
The following is what DazStudio is now saying is not found:

This is what exists in the new .zip file I just redownloaded:
/Runtime/Textures/Chaosqueens-World/CW_Pia_G9/CW_Pia__G9 Arms_N.jpg
The first three levels match, but then the directory and the filename do not.
First, the directory name:
DazStudio expecting CW_PIA
vs
In the ZIP file CW_PIA_G9
and then the file name
DazStudio is looking for CW_Pia_ArmsN.jpg
vs
In the ZIP file CW_Pia__G9 Arms_N.jpg NB!: two underscores between Pia and G9

Okay, they have found a way. I don\\\'t know the way yet, thanks for the info. I could explain to them how to save skin textures and characters properly if they still felt like it.... lol, the pictures were just a test

Simple description, but very true! She is perhaps the cutest G9 character, even cuter than the G8F version (compare the two, the eyes are different).
On the technical side, the vendor did make sure to correct issues with the product, a sign of quality in my book. I have had vendors to say "well, no one else has reported the issue, so I'm not going to fix it." Needless to say, I no longer buy from those vendors. Clothes appear to fit well, and hair applies well despite the toony proportion of the head. Oh, and the ears have a separate morph slider, so 1) you aren't stuck with the elven/fairy ears and 2) the morph can be applied to other characters!
