𝕋𝕨𝕠 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣π•₯𝕀, π• π•Ÿπ•– π••π•£π•–π•’π•ž - Sister Love
The little sister watches her older sister lovingly and admiringly during ballet training. With one leg still in its infancy, her biggest dream is already to be a prima ballerina. Still playfully disguised, her heart is already determinedly following in the footsteps of her beloved big sister, her big dream.

She watches her dance, light as a feather, strong as a queen. Every leap, every turn seems like magic, a magical language that she doesn't yet fully understand but is determined to learn. She feels the tingling in her little feet, the desire to glide so gracefully across the floor herself. But when she raises her arms, they are not yet wrapped in tulle, but in the colourful ribbons of her Indian costume. She is not quite a dancer yet, but her heart is already beating inexorably to the rhythm of the enchanting music.

The older sister feels the little one's gaze. It is a look full of awe, love and hope. And yet she feels torn. She loves her little sister endlessly, wants to protect her and show her the world. But a part of her also wants to be free, to walk a path that belongs only to her, not always with a little sister in tow. She wonders whether she can let go of her little sister without disappointing or losing her.
But then she sees the young girl getting into position again, her legs still a little awkward in the first position, but her eyes shining with eagerness, joy and admiration. And she recognises something in her, the younger girl. Not just admiration, not just imitation, but a passion of her own. A dream of her own, born out of love for her, but nevertheless completely unique in its nature and intensity.

After training, she goes to her little sister, gently places her hands on her shoulders and says to her urgently and lovingly: β€˜Dance the way you feel.’ The little girl beams. She raises her arms, not perfectly, not flawlessly, but full of devotion. And in that moment, they both realise that, in addition to their love of dancing, they are also connected by a special love, the love of two sisters who know that they can also compete with each other, that there will be arguments and misunderstandings, but that this love and trust in each other will always accompany them on their journey together. And this feeling allows each of them to be themselves.

The path to inner peace doesn’t have to mean stillness. Sometimes, it lies in patient observation. Like cats at dusk, alert, poised, yet completely at ease, we, too, can learn to live with our sadness. Not to conquer it, but to give it a place.

In those moments when the heart feels heavy and thoughts drift like fog, the inner world wraps itself in soft shades of pink. Not sweet, but wistful like wilted blossoms that still hold a scent in the background.

In these quiet hours, when the world pulls away, we can begin to see that we are not broken, only changing. Maybe pain isn’t here to carry us away, but to guide us back home to ourselves.

Dealing with sadness isn’t a battle. It’s a dance. Sometimes you glide, sometimes you stumble. But with every movement, you begin to see more clearly who you are beneath the mask, behind the smile, within the shadow.
