Creating Personal Gallery Albums

Hi! Saw that users can create personal gallery albums to upload their images to on here but haven't figured out how

Can anyone help me on how to do that?

its a under development feature yet, for make the rules, have, dont have. etc, needs polish several things.

But in Art Section you can make a "Katy`s Art" Thread

So currently we can only upload to forums via image upload or to galleries made for contests? Just want to make sure I understood what you meant by art thread.
