Yes, that's one of the best Ratu dress ups I've seen. Sadriel told me how it's done, and since I can't do it, I'll give a thousand plushies for that as a Ratu preset. Did I saw a thousand plushies? I meant a million plushies. Or a billion.

This is a first pass at making a helmet for Ratu. I've been watching Cowboy Beebop (an anime series from the late 1990s) and just wanted to make Ratu a cowboy. It needs a lot of work and since I spent basically the entire day while working making this thing, I learned a lot of do's and don't do's.
