My Heart Necklace not in my supporter items

Not sure if this is the right place for this in the forum, but I just wanted to report that even though item My Heart Necklace is listed as a supporter product, for whatever reason it does not appear in my downloads or that "I have it!" If it weren't for me planning on using it for a render I probably wouldn't have noticed it.
