Problem with order.

Hey there, I'm having an issue with a purchase I made (order #24307) here on April 23rd. Sorry for posting about this here, but I tried the "contact us" option twice and haven't gotten any response yet. The order is still is still listed as "processing" and the items are still not in my downloads yet.

I wasn't sure where else to put this, sorry if this is the wrong place.
