To bad that paypal is not accepted anymore, it is the only way I pay online. I cleared my shopping cart and hope that paypal will be accepted in the future. Otherwise I won't be able to shop here anymore

And once again (please refer to our previous messages regarding this topic):

It’s possible that PayPal will not return as a payment option. However, instead of PayPal, you can easily and safely purchase Store Credit via ACH/Wire transfer. Here's how it works:

Send us an email requesting our bank details.

Transfer the desired amount to our account.

We will credit the same amount to your Store Wallet.

You can use this credit anytime—just select the Wallet option at checkout instead of PayPal or a card.

This method is secure, direct, and gives you full flexibility over your purchases.

We totally get it — everyone has their own opinion, and that’s absolutely valid.
But things like "R.I.P." comments or constant venting won’t help us move forward together.

We’re always growing, improving, and working on both new solutions and exciting new products behind the scenes.

There was a reason why we removed PayPal — but keep in mind, PayPal also requires a valid bank card, which we already accept directly on our site.

And good news: Revolut payments are on the way soon!
Thanks so much for your understanding and for being part of this journey with us 💛

Dear Sade,
I would like to take a moment to confirm that, based on my experience, your team is doing everything possible to support us customers.
You have always found solutions that worked for me.

Yes, I also find it frustrating that PayPal is no longer an option. But that’s just how it is – it should not be a reason to speak badly about the shop or to stop buying here.

This shop has short communication paths and a lot of dedication – probably more than many other shops.

Best regards,
Kerstin Ellinghoven (Samara Blue)

Dear Kerstin, thank you — your words mean a lot to us.
We always say we're not like other shops, and it fills us with joy when someone actually notices.

We are also disappointed about PayPal, but as you said — when one path closes, we look for another.
Our goal is always to make sure customers don’t just feel satisfied, but genuinely valued — because they truly are.

We believe that a shared mindset has a way of finding its own kind.

Thank you for your kind support

I would also like to chime in and say that the internet is a gigantic place and not everyone takes PayPal. That's just a fact. And I'm sure the people who are complaining also use other payment methods on different sites. I think Sade had made it clear that the reason to not have PayPal right now wasn't a choice for Shards: It's PayPal's policies. If you want to complain, you should write to PayPal instead of complaining here where 3D Shards has no say in PayPal's policies.

So, if you want to complain that 3D Shards does not have PayPal, complain to PayPal. Write them an email, or go complain on their website instead of here, where Shards can't do anything about it.

Sorry, but I don't like it when people feel they're entitled to everything.
